It is that time of year, and the City of Shafter Animal Control will be hosting the annual Rabies Vaccination Clinic at Mannel Park on Saturday, May 18, from 9 a.m. to noon. The goal of this clinic has always been to keep pets healthy by providing low cost vaccinations for our community and provide a reasonable means to keep pet owners in compliance with local licensing requirements.
