The Shafter Woman's Club recently judged elementary school student art at the Shafter Youth Center. The first place winners will be entered into the San Joaquin Valley District competition for further awards. Besides judging art, members are also preparing for the Cans d'Arte in conjunction with the Colours Festival in Shafter. Then in March, Clubwomen art, crafts and photography will be judged.
