Feb. 11 Oziel Garza Jr., 38, of Shafter, was arrested on the 400 block of Calloway on a misdemeanor bench warrant. Frankie Irene Siemens, a resident of Shafter, passed away peacefully on Feb. 9, 2019, having reached her 96th birthday in January.
