    The Shafter Press has learned that Richland School District Superintendent Dr. Dago Garcia has emailed his resignation to the Board of Trustees, saying that he is resigning effective June 30. The email was sent on Wednesday.. When contacted by phone, Board of Trustees President Deanna Rodriguez-Root said, "Dr. Garcia has decided to move on.     The San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution District is looking for Kern County residents who are interested in "cleaning green" and that would be willing to trade in their old gas-powered lawn mowers and other lawn care equipment for new electric versions that will help keep pollutants out of the air.     A Shafter man died in a rollover accident in the early morning hours of May 31 and the suspected driver of the vehicle was arrested on a charge of felony DUI, according to Shafter police.     A grisly discovery was made by a farm worker on Wednesday at Westside Farms. The business is located off of Zerker Road just south of Lerdo Highway. The body of a man was discovered in a silo in which a worker was trying to withdraw gypsum.
