    The Shafter Lions Club will be holding their annual Bingo Night on Saturday, March 7, at the Shafter Veterans Hall. The doors will open at 5 p.m. and the bingo starts at 6 p.m. The evening includes 15 games of bingo with prizes, as well as door prizes and a raffle.     High Speed Rail conducted an open house to update the public on current progress of the project's construction through the Central Valley on Tuesday at the Wasco Community Center.     A 6-year-old boy died in rollover accident in Shafter on Friday afternoon. Jaden Jimenez was airlifted from the scene and later succumbed to his injuries.
