Kailin Robert Beckmeyer, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for public intoxication.

March 11

Stacy Heaton, 28, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of East 2nd Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of a drug paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

Michael Armstrong, 44, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of East 2nd Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Aurelio Cota, 48, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of East 2nd Street on two active no-bail misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Johnny Ray Mason, 60, of Shafter, was arrested at Tracy Avenue south of 7th Standard Road for expired registration, no proof of insurance, being in possession of a controlled substance and being in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Heather Marie Alverson, 34, of Sacramento, was arrested at Tracy Avenue and south of 7th Standard Road for being in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was cited and released at the scene.

March 12

Miguel Angel Orozco, 47, of Shafter, was arrested in the 33000 block of Stockdale Highway in Buttonwillow for being a felon in possession of a firearm, prohibited person being in possession of ammunition, felon carrying a loaded firearm, being in possession of a short-barreled rifle or shotgun and on a misdemeanor warrant. He booked into the Kern County Jail.

Lucas Cortes Everardo, 31, of Wasco, was arrested at 325 Central Valley Hwy. in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

March 13

Manfiel Lizandro Diaz-Paz, 18, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Flower Street in Wasco for driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

March 15

Rene Gutierrez, 43, of Lost Hills, was arrested 21300 block of Badger Street in Lost Hills for discharge of firearm in a negligent manner, carrying a loaded firearm in public and on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dagoberto Valentin Hernandez Rivera, 28, of Lost Hills, was arrested at the intersection of Orlando Avenue and Tulare Street in Lost Hills for driving without a license, wrong display of license plate, altered vehicle identification number, possessing burglary tools, possessing a switchblade in vehicle and for resisting arrest. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Danny Sandoval, 28, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 100 block of East 1st Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Gerardo Rivera Cabrales, 42 of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5500 block of Willard Street in Bakersfield for loud music. He was cited and released at the scene.
