The Westside Family Fellowship will be taking kids on a safari that will let them explore the jungles of Africa, without leaving the county.
Roar VBS 2019 takes the children on an adventure that engages the whole herd. At Roar, kids explore God's goodness and celebrate a ferocious faith that powers them through this wild life. Children in Shafter and Wasco are encouraged by the church to join the trek to find God's love and the ferocious power that it gives for all who want it.
Attendees will be treated to some great music, complete with choreography, a lot of fun and games, as well as snacks that will give them the fuel needed to explore. There is also Bible time, with daily verses as well as some stories that the kids can relate to in a personal way.
Kids will rotate through a safari of field-tested stations that emphasize the daily Bible points as well as how it relates to their everyday lives. The lessons are designed to be informational, spiritually empowering and a whole lot of fun!
Vacation Bible School is from June 17 to 21, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Any kids K-6th grade are invited to head out on the safari of a lifetime!
