Sept. 16

Roberto Carlos Garcia, 39, of Delano, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Gustavo Lopez, 18, of Shafter, was arrested for controlled substance paraphernalia.

Sept. 17

Omar Banuelos Alvarado, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of Jeffries St. on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Sept. 21

Joshua Oros, 25, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of North Shafter Avenue for battery with serious bodily injury.

Sept. 22

Carl James Mathews, 59, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Orange Avenue for domestic violence.

Cesar Omar Guerrero, 42, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Clemson for hit and run, property damage, driving without license and DUI.

Sept. 16

Michael Angel Fimbres, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on an active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 17

Gustavo Olivarez, 28, of Wasco, was arrested on a court remand. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Roberto Morales Lopez, 42, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Wasco Way and Highway 58 in Buttonwillow for driving without a license and for failure to stop at a stop sign. He was cited and released at the scene.
