Shafter Animal Control

Rose would make a good companion.

Are you looking for someone to run with or even play with? Then I am your girl.

My name is Rose; I have been at the shelter since August. My shelter staff friends have listed me as Australian Kelpie that weighs about 40 pounds and is approximately 1 yea -old. I have passed my Safer test and I am in search of my forever home. I'm a happy, bouncy, curious, energetic and a friendly girl.

I enjoy getting my belly rubbed. One thing about me is that I have never learned how to play with toys, and I need someone to teach me. Also, I'm curious towards cats, but my shelter staff recommends a watchful eye just in case. I am located at the Shafter Animal Shelter. Please come and meet me; trust me, I won't disappoint.

For more information, visit our website at shaftercritters.petfinder.com. Our web site will answer many questions that you may have about adopting from us. We cannot recommend any dog as "good with children" since there is no way to be certain that they are safe for children. The age of the animal is an estimation that has been based on the knowledge and training of the shelter staff. If you have further questions, you can email [email protected] or call 661-746-2140. We are located at 18849 S. Shafter Ave. Shafter, CA 93263.
