Santos Gutierrez III, 29, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jose Reyes Soto, 37, of Shafter, was arrested for loitering on private property, possession of stolen tools and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Isaiah Gregory Smith, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Beth Eden Avenue for trespassing on private property.

Robert Ortiz Jr., 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 9500 block of Mountain Peak Lan, for contempt and disobeying court order.

Joshua Oros, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Colvard Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant, possession of controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Miguel Angel SantaCruz, 24, of Shafter, was arrested for DUI, driving with suspended license and on an outside agency warrant.

Juan Carlos Rios, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Andrew Lester Avalos, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Stephen Mohamed Nagi, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Rene Garza Larralde, 53, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jeremiah Soloman Warren, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of State Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant and an outside agency warrant.

Joan Baltazar Medrano, 19, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of West Ash for obstruction of a public officer, underage drinking and DUI.

Reginaldo Trujillo, 37, of Shafter, was arrested for domestic violence and possession of open container in public.

Joesia Manuel Martinez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on an outside agency warrant.

Rigoberto Duenas, 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 20000 block of Tracy Avenue for tampering with a vehicle, conspiracy, possession of burglary tools, petty theft and being in possession of stolen property.

Abel Tolento, 24, of Wasco, was arrested in the 24000 block of Highway 46 in Wasco for cruelty to animals, willful discharge of a firearm, carrying a concealed weapon in vehicle, carrying a loaded firearm without registration, conspiracy to commit a crime, carrying a loaded firearm and grand theft: firearm.
