Jan. 14

Michelle Misty Barrios, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of State Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Roberto Garcia, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 110 of block of Rose Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Steven Lewis Rice, 65, of Shafter, was arrested for inflicting corporal injury on spouse.

Fernando Garcia Jr., 33, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Juan Carlos Osoria Retano, 24, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Rodriguez Avenue for DUI, red taillights required and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jan. 16

Antonio Vargas, 29, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jhonny Efren Poggio Reyes, 38, was arrested for using force and great bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm and obstruction of a public officer.

Darren Wade Mortimor, 35, of Shafter, was arrested on a outside agency warrant.

Jose Reyes Soto, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Jorge Luis Vazquez Velaquez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Ivan Hernandez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested on Atlantic Avenue and North Reiker was for possession of burglarized tools and petty theft.

Jan. 7

Abraham Cervantes, 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 20000 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow on three counts of petty theft and a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 10

Jassman Marks, 31, of Fontana, was arrested in the 20000 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for trespassing and being in possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jan. 12

Michael Shawn Armstrong, 45, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 2000 block of Palomas Avenue in Buttonwillow on a felony warrant for domestic violence charges. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
