Feb. 8

Rosendo Efrain Chavez Valdovinos, 45, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of East Lerdo Highway for DUI.

Rogelio Barajas, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Pacific Avenue for obstruction of a public officer.

Feb. 7

Filiberto Chacon, Jr., 37, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of Oakmont Street for threatening to commit a crime with intent.

Fernando Garcia, Jr., 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway for disorderly conduct with alcohol and obstruction of a public officer.

Jerome Jeffrey McGee, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of East Lerdo Highway for disorderly conduct with alcohol.

Rafael Contreras, 27, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Wiedmann for possession of controlled substance.

Jorge Reynoso Aguilar, age 18, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Merced Avenue and Griffith Avenue in Shafter for disorderly conduct of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 7

Ulyses Aviles, age 31, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 21000 block of King Street in Lost Hills for a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Carlos Rios, 21, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Tracy Avenue and 7th Standard Road in Buttonwillow for assault with a deadly weapon, being in possession of a stolen vehicle and driving without a license.

Jamie Arezoca Perez, 38, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 21000 block of Fresno Street in Lost Hills on a misdemeanor warrant.

Steven Scott Hanshew, 36, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 400 block of Milo Avenue in Buttonwillow on a misdemeanor warrant.

Joel Charles Wright, 49, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for disorderly conduct.

Jiovan Cota Romero, 33, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of 2nd and Main streets in Buttonwillow for a felony bench warrant and on two misdemeanor bench warrants.

Yovane Hernandez-Rocha, 30, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 4900 block of Hail Street in Bakersfield for violation of a domestic violence restraining order.
