Arturo Daniel Malanche, Jr., 39, of Shafter, was arrested for transporting a controlled substance, possession of burglary tools and open container.

Feb. 19

Joshua Fernando Jara, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of California Avenue for corporal injury to a spouse and battery on a person.

Jeremy Wilson, 43, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Louise for occupy dwelling with is posted unsafe, and possession of paraphernalia and a controlled substance.

Ashley Lanelle Roden, 31, of Shafter, was arrested for occupying a dwelling posted unsafe.Feb. 17

Robert Kailin Beckemeyer, 22, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of East Euclid Avenue for battery on person and disorderly conduct with alcohol.

Stephen Noe Gutierrez, 20, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of East Ash Avenue for possessing controlled substance paraphernalia.

Miguel Angel Ortega Franco, 36, of Shafter, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Patrick Ray Keenom, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Abel Juarez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested for DUI.

Mike Ramon Cabral, Jr., 33, was arrested for theft and extortion of a vehicle, possession of burglary tools and on an outside agency warrant.

Hector Carmen Moreno Jr., 34, of Shafter, was arrested for DUI, failing to stop at stop sign and on an outside agency warrant.

Joe Alejandro Martinez, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of East Ash Avenue for destroying evidence, obstruction of a public officer and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Dirk Barton Underwood, 49, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of control substance paraphernalia and on an outside agency warrant.

Feb. 19

Justin Wayne Long, 25, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of 7th Standard Road and Jumper Avenue in Buttonwillow for being in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Feb. 20

Brian Jenson Echevarria Aguero, 27, of Bakersfield, was arrested at Shafter Court, 325 Central Valley Highway in Shafter, for a court remand. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dawna Marie Moore, 46, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 2000 block of Palomas Avenue in Buttonwillow on a misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
