Laurie Ornelas, 40, of Shafter, was arrested for driving without a license, defective stop lamp and possession of others’ identifying information.

Oct. 27

Joel Urbina Nunez, 27, of Shafter, was arrested on a felony bench warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Oct. 28

Edward Justin Lee, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

Oct. 30

Jorge Luis Montes, 24, of Shafter, was arrested for inflicting corporal injury onto spouse, disorderly conduct: alcohol and on an outside agency warrant.

Whitney Reanne Heriford, 32, of Shafter, was arrested on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Mario Roberto Portillo Rodas, 27, of Shafter, was arrested on an outside agency warrant and for controlled substance and paraphernalia.

Nov. 1

Gerardo Sanchez Zamora, 36, of Shafter, was arrested on 7th Standard for DUI.

Jose Reyes Soto, 38, of Shafter, was arrested for carry a concealed dirk/dagger and trespassing on railroad.

Oct. 27

Stacy Lawanda Chacon, 35, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 58 and Old Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for driving on a suspended license, unsafe lane change, no registration, on two felony warrants and on one misdemeanor warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 28

Ernesto Michel, 22, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of 2nd Street and Main Street in Buttonwillow for being in possession of stolen property and evading police officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Oct. 29

Andrew Apsit, 54, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Stockdale Highway and Enos Lane in Bakersfield for attempted carjacking. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
