Pet of the Week: Leonidas needs a home
Last updated 12/15/2020 at 6:49pm | View PDF
Leonidas came in as a stray. He is a 3-year-old medium coat, bicolor male German Shephard. He is great with staff and other dogs. He has only been tested with large breeds. At the time it is unknown if Leonidas is house/crate trained. Dogs are not tested with children and cats. He is available for adoption/rescue.
If you are interested in him, give the shelter a call at 661-758-7240 or ask about Leonidas on Petfinder for more information and staff will get a hold of you during hours of operation. If this is your dog, contact the shelter as soon as possible.
The shelter is only open by appointments. It is first call, first serve.
All dogs will be neutered/spayed once adopted. Depending on the availability of our local vet, it is not a guarantee that the animal will be spayed/neutered the same day. The shelter is not currently accepting animal surrenders.
Rescue is a nonprofit organization with a tax exempt 501(c)(3). If you never pulled from the Wasco Animal Shelter, email us two references and a copy of your 501(c)(3) form.
