April 19

Rebecca Rachel Pickard, 32, of Shafter, was arrested on the 400 block of N. Wall St. for child cruelty and under the influence of controlled substance.

Argimiro Irazaba Patino, 57, of Shafter, was arrested for on Central Valley Hwy. for DUI, parking red curb.

George Renato Franco, 43, of Shafter, was arrested on E. Lerdo Hwy and Driver Rd. for false ID to specific public officer and driving without a license.

David Vernon Lee, 58, of Shafter, was arrested on 30100 block of Tulare Ave. for violation of parole: felony and disorderly conduct: under influence of drugs.

Dirk Barton Underwood, 51, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 block of Central Ave. indecent exposure and urinating in public.

April 23

Fernandez Jose Luis, 54, of Shafter, was arrested on the 600 block of Becker Ave. cruelty and great bodily injury onto elder, on an outside felony warrant, for DUI and for driving without a license.

April 24

Paola Isabel Quintero, 36, of Shafter, was on the 100 block of E. Orange for receiving known stolen property, possession of identifying, on a felony bench warrant, driving with suspended license, DUI and bringing controlled substance into jail.

Roxana Trujillo Avila, 36, of Shafter, was on the 200 block of Atkinson Ave. for conspiracy of committing a crime.

Jhonny Efren Poggio Reyes, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 block of Central Ave. driving with a suspended license, possession of controlled substance and broken headlight.

April 25

Debra Garcia, 34, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 block of S. Shafter Ave. on a felony bench warrant, a misdemeanor bench warrant and for controlled substance paraphernalia.

Julisa Cobian, 22, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 30000 block of Riverside Street in Shafter for being in possession of a stolen vehicle, obstructing, resisting, delaying a peace officer and on two misdemeanor warrants. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Michael Fimbres, 31, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30000 block of Riverside Street in Shafter for being in possession of a stolen vehicle and obstructing, resisting, delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Peter Burnias, 56, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Poplar Avenue and 1st Street for misdemeanor providing false identification to a peace officer and a misdemeanor violation of a Wasco City Municipal Code. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Edelmiro Gutierrez, 25, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 1600 block of 4th Street on his active felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Marcela Rosales, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 D Street for felony threatening a crime with the intent to terrorize, conspiracy to commit a crime, and participation in a street gang. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Joseph Castillo, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Street on his active felony and misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Willie Joe Harris, 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 7th Street on his active misdemeanor warrants. He was cited and released from the scene.

Tanya Jimenez, 31, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on her active misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.
