Anthony Isaac Lugo, 20, of Shafter, was arrested on the E. Los Angeles on an outside agency warrant.

July 20

Jorge Armando Castillo Lopez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on the 600 block of Vasquez Ave for inflicting corporal injury onto spouse and false imprisonment.

Vanessa Espinosa Oros, 35, of Shafer, was arrested on the 400 block of N. Wall St. for under influence controlled substance and willful cruelty to child.

July 21

Luis Angel Garza Jasso, 37, of Shafter, was arrested for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger.

Denison Scott Coe, 39, of Shafter, was arrested on Mettler and Fresno Ave on an outside agency warrant.

Devit Hernandez Petino, 39, was arrested on an outside agency warrant.

July 25

Michael Ryan Tripp, 33, was arrested for grand theft property over $950 plus, conspiracy: commit a crime, possession burglary tools, receive known stolen property, vandalism more than $400 and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Isaac Bryan Mize, 30, was arrested for grand theft property over $950 plus, conspiracy: commit a crime, possession burglary tools, receive known stolen property, vandalism more than $400 and trespassing and destroying fence.

July 20

Juan Pedro Nunez, 33, of Pharr, Texas, was arrested in the 17000 block of Hwy 43 in Shafter for spousal battery. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Claudia Talamantes, 28, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 500 block of Milo Avenue in Buttonwillow for spousal battery. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Aaron Magallanes Torres, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 16000 block of Wildwood Road in Wasco on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

July 22

Victor Reveles, 31, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 14000 block of Lamberson Avenue in Lost Hills for disobeying a court order. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fernando Alvidres, 18, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Rose and Annin Street in Wasco for being an unlicensed driver. He was cited and released at the scene.

July 24

Michael Eli Daniel, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1400 block of Highway 46 in Wasco for public intoxication. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
