Jan. 3

Jesse Rene Diaz, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on W. Lerdo Hwy. on an outside agency warrant.

Jan. 5

Esteban De Jesus Villasana, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on Thomas Lane for chop shop, vehicle theft, and extortion of vehicle.

Pedro Pena Lopez, 40, of Shafter, was arrested on the 18200 block of Thomas Lane for chop shop, vehicle theft and extortion of vehicle.

Johnathan Henry Richardson, 42, of Shafter, was arrested on E. Lerdo Hwy for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

Jan. 7

Jaime Mendez, 25, of Shafter, was arrested on S. Wall St. and Stone for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug and outside agency.

Daniel Morales Jr., 27, of Shafter, was arrested on S. Reiker and Curtis Ave. for controlled substance paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license and domestic violence.

Jan. 8

Juan Antonio Pena Rojas, 41, of Shafter, was arrested on Shafter Ave. battery without injury, shoplifting, trespassing in public business, obstruction of a public officer and on an outside agency warrant.

William Chris Vasquez, 31, was arrested on an outside felony warrant and riding bike on the wrong side of the road.

Jan. 3

Francisco Javier Badillo, 36, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 30000 block of Orange Street in Shafter for vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, on six misdemeanor warrants and a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
