1927 – 2022

Lannis Cates was born in Quinton, Okla., on Nov. 20, 1927. He joined his wife, Judy Faye Cates, in Heaven on May 7, 2022.

A viewing will be held at Peters Funeral Home, Shafter, on Thursday, May 19,, from 4 to 8 p.m. Masonic Funeral Honors will be held at Peters Funeral Home on Friday, May 20, at 10 a.m,, followed by a graveside service beginning at 11 a.m., at Shafter Memorial Park.
