June 27

Pedro Moreno Garza, 55, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of West Ash Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant and exhibiting a weapon: not a firearm.

June 28

Antonio Ortiz Valdez, 51, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of Central Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol and on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

June 29

Francisco Saldivar, 44, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of East Lerdo Highway on an outside agency warrant and a misdemeanor bench warrant, and for driving without a driver’s license.

July 1

Rosendo Tellez Jr., 26, of Shafter, was arrested on Central Valley Highway for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Stephen Noe Gutierrez, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 400 block of East Ash Avenue for domestic violence, on a misdemeanor bench warrant, and for forgery with intent of fraud and shoplifting.

July 2

Dirk Barton Underwood, 52, of Shafter, was arrested at the James Street and Pacific Avenue on an outside agency warrant and misdemeanor bench warrant.

William Alejandro Lopez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Milo Avenue in Buttonwillow for obstructing, resisting, delaying a peace officer, prohibited person in possession of ammunition, felon in possession of a firearm, destroying/concealing evidence, and on a misdemeanor warrant and a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

June 30

Alma Gonzalez, 8, of Shafter, was arrested in the 20600 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for domestic violence and on a felony warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Cyndi Solis Bracamontes, 28, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a

misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Brandon Christian Cisneros, 20, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Birch Avenue

and 1st Street for felony possession of a concealed firearm in a vehicle, possession of a concealed

firearm, prohibited person in possession of a firearm, contempt of court, and his felony bench

warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Etelburto Martinez Cruz, 28, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 46 and

Kimberlina for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Vanessa Oros, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1800 block of Orchid Lane for misdemeanor

DUI. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 46 for misdemeanor

contempt of court. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

June 28

Robert Dodd, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of F Street for misdemeanor

possession of controlled substance, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia, providing

false identification to a peace officer, and on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Brianna Holguin, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue for felony

inflict corporal injury on spouse, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance, possession of

controlled substance paraphernalia and child cruelty. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Epifanio Rodrigo Fierro, 52, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of D Street for felony

receiving known stolen property, possession of narcotics for the purpose of sells, misdemeanor

possession of marijuana for sale, and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rene Fierro, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of D Street for felony possession of

a firearm by felon, possession of ammunition by a prohibited person, conspiracy to commit a crime, possession of narcotics for the purpose of sells, receiving known stolen property, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana for sale. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Toni Smith, 43, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench

warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Uriel Arroyo, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 5th Street on misdemeanor

bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rufino Chomo Choc, 54, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of D Street for felony

inflict corporal injury on spouse and child cruelty. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rodolfo Lopez, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of D Street for felony burglary,

felon prohibited from owning ammo and misdemeanor contempt of court. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Cesar Reyes, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of F Street for misdemeanor battery

on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
