Vincent Lopez, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Ann Avenue for unlawful possession of tear gas, inflicting corporal injury onto a spouse/cohabitant relationship.

July 27

Ignacio Briseno Ramirez, 41, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Stone Avenue on a bench warrant for failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor charge and an outside agency warrant.

Basel Ali, 19, of Shafter, was arrested on the corner of Mannel and East Tulare avenues for use/under the influence of a controlled substance.

Jennifer Lee Stafford, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Jimmy Jay Galban, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1000 block of State Avemue for inflicting corporal injury onto a spouse/cohabitant relationship, aggravated assault and child abuse.

Jose Ignacio Garcia, 23, of Shafter, was arrested on James Street and Central Avenue for driving without a license or proof of financial responsibility.

Janice Ann Franklin, 59, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Ash Avenue for assault with a deadly weapon: not a firearm.

Javier Antonio Parada, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30500 block of Merced Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

Steven Michael Gafner, 19, of Shafter, was arrested near Central Avenue and Walker Street for driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Rosendo Tellez Jr., 26, of Shafter, was arrested at South Shafter Avenue and James Street on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Areyal Renee Hernandez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Karla Street for battery on a spouse.

Eduardo Linares, 21, of Shafter, was arrested at West Los Angeles and Hillman Street for carrying a loaded handgun: not registered owner and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Mugahid Rashed Yafai, 23, was arrested on the 1400 block of East Lerdo Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Kasey Arlon Newlen, 43, of Bakersfield, was arrested on Gossamer Grove Boulevard and 7th Standard Road for attempting to commit a crime, possessing stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime, grand theft money/motor vehicle, false ID and forgery.

Travis Bradley Buerkle, 39, of Bakersfield, was arrested on Gossamer Grove Boulevard and 7th Standard Road for attempting to commit a crime, possessing stolen property, conspiracy to commit a crime and grand theft money/motor vehicle.

Phillip Steve Rice, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Josue Perez, 34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in Shafter on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

misdemeanor obstruct/delay officer. He was cited and released at the scene.

Nikklaus Isiah Howard, age 25, of Delano, was arrested in the 2900 block of Highway 46 for his

felony probable cause warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Abel Martinez, age 32, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street for his misdemeanor

for his felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Paul Weaver, age 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1400 block of G Street for misdemeanor

possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Diego Miranda, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of Highway 46 for felony bring

contraband into a prison, possession of contraband in a prison, misdemeanor disorderly conduct:

drunk in public, and obstructing an officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Poplar Avenue for his

misdemeanor bench warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.
