Guadalupe Valencia, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Ash for great bodily injury to an elderly adult and threatening to commit a crime with intent to terrorize.

March 30

Sergio Acosta Prieto, 62, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of South Shafter Avenue for causing a fire on property and unlawful to obstruction of a public way.

March 31

Robert Olivo, 41, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of State Avenue for obstruction, resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct: alcohol.

April 2

Steven Michael Gafner, 20, of Shafter, was arrested at Walker and Central Avenue for driving with a suspended license and on a bench warrant.

Veroncia Espinoza, 25, was arrested on Lerdo Highway and Zerker for driving without a license and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Vanessa Martinez, 41, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Kelsey Court on a bench warrant and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Paulino Emanuel Cota-Mercado, 28, was arrested in the 20600 block of Tracy Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle and on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Anthony Real, 28, was arrested in the 20600 block of Tracy Avenue for possession of a stolen vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Tommy Brownen, 34, of Santa Clara, was arrested in the 20600 block of Tracy Avenue for a felony Ramey Warrant and obstructing, resisting, delaying a peace officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Joshua Anderson, 20, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of McCombs and Wildwood Road for felony vehicle theft, stolen property, evading police, misdemeanor driving with a suspended license and possession of burglary tools. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Victor Adame, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of Cedar Avenue for felony carrying a dirk or dagger, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and on felony and misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Horacio Guzman, 43, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Highway 46 and E Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct: drunk in public, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mark Ybarra, 37, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of D Street on felony bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Celso Martinez Maya, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Griffith Avenue for misdemeanor DUI: alcohol, driving without a license, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Villanueva, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was cited and released at the scene.

Carlos Antonio, 25, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of 7th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Ruby Carter, 51, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2400 block of Sharon Court for felony assault with a deadly weapon not a firearm, threatening with intent to terrorize and misdemeanor willful cruelty to child. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sergio Alejandro Hernandez Zarate, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Sagebrush Court for felony infliction of corporal injury on spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
