Dec. 3

Arthur Joseph Martinez, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Lerdo Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Francisco Javier Moreno Flores, 51 of Shafter, was arrested at South Schnaidt and Curtis for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Phillips Vernon Ray, 53, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of Central Valley Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Jorge Guadalupe Merino Uriostegui, 48, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of Hartley Street for battery, violating a domestic violence court order and damages.

Dec. 5

Everardo Gomez, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of North Central Valley Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge and for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Richard Francis Brown, 44, of Shafter, was arrested at Community Drive and Cotton Creek Drive on an outside warrant.

Maria Rosario Velasquez, 55, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of California for contempt of disobeying a court order and battery on a spouse.

Omar Chavez, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Gabriel Avila Delgado, 25, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, displaying an imitation firearm and carrying a concealed dirk or dagger.

Miguel Angel Medina, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter Avenue in Shafter, on three misdemeanor warrants and a felony warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 3

Rigoberto Araujo-Palacios Jr., 28, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5300 block of Cannon Street in Bakersfield for spousal battery and damaging a wireless communication device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 6

Jesus Vargas, 24, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 500 block of Milo Avenue in Buttonwillow on two misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Albert Solano, 58, of Camarillo, was arrested at the intersection of Enos Lane and 7th Standard Road in Bakersfield for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Luis Antonio Méndez Jr, 38, was arrested in the 2000 block of 1st Street for first degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and receiving known stolen property. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Leonardo Arreola, 30, was arrested at the intersection of 5th Street and Birch Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia andon a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 4

Omar Pimentel Lara, 36, was arrested in 1800 block of Broadway Avenue for felony vandalism, disorderly conduct and making criminal threats. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Abel Guerra Martinez, 34, was arrested at the intersection of H and J streest for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Dec. 5

Natividad Guzman, 29, was arrested at the intersection of Filburn Street and Griffith Avenue for vehicular hit and run. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 6

Alexander Regalado, 30, was arrested at 5th Street and Maple Avenue for carrying a switchblade knife, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 7

Julian Sanchez, 23, was arrested at the intersection of Iris Street and Griffith Avenue for possession of a narcotic controlled substance and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Rigoberto Hernandez Santos, 28, was arrested in the 1200 block of Oak Avenue for disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Vinson Ray Callahan Sr., 65, was arrested in the 1900 block of Gastion Avenue for possession of a narcotic controlled substance, possession for sale of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Omar Araujo, 32, was arrested in the 1400 block of D Street for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving without a valid license and possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was booked into the Lerdo Justice Facility.

Anthony Antonio, 18, was arrested in the 500 block of E Street for possession of unlawful paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.
