The Insect Lore building on South Beech Avenue circa 1990.

LAST WEEK: The Insect Lore building on South Beech Avenue circa 1990. We also note that Ronald Pierce came up with this information about our Dec. 5 mystery photo: "The photo was taking on Central Avenue in the 1960s of a Crown Firetruck. It was built in Los Angeles. It is now located at the Minter Field Air Museum and is now painted red." The museum is seeking volunteers to help restore the firetruck; call Pierce at 661-393-0291 for more information.
