Chuy Resendis and Mariah Mendez of Shafter are proud to announce the birth of their son, Enzo Chuy Resendis, on Sept. 10, 2022, at 1:21 p.m. at Mercy Southwest Hospital, Bakersfield.

Baby Enzo weighed 6 pounds. and was 19 inches tall at birth.

Enzo was welcomed home by his grandparents, Emilio and Teresa Mendez, and Juan and Miriam Resendis, as well as great grandparents Frank and Beatrice Rodriguez, and Serafin and Maria Serrano. The new arrival was also welcomed by his great great grandmas, Hortencia Torrez and Melania Mendez.
