ELECTION RESULTS: Easy win for Prout, Olvera to join council

TOP OF THE RESULTS: Mayor Cathy Prout was re-elected to her council seat by a wide margin, and Gustavo Olvera Jr. won over incumbent Cesar Lopez and challenger Rafael Zamudio. Lopez lost his seat by 30 votes.
