Ryan Glenn Hopkins, 31, of Shafter, was arrested on the West Lerdo Highway on an outside agency warrant.

Nov. 19

Juan Jose Flores, 47, of Shafter, was arrested on Gibson and Mettler on an outside agency warrant and bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

William Cody Jameson, 33, of Shafter, was arrested on the 500 block of State Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Quintin Lee Hurst, 37, of Shafter, was arrested at Central Avenue and Munzer Street for carrying a concealed dirk/dagger, disorderly conduct: intoxication, drug and alcohol, and consumption of alcohol in public and having an open container in public.

Sonia Melgarmartin, 59, was arrested at Lerdo Highway and Mannel Avenue for driving without a license.

Griselle Manserrat Martinez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 3900 block of Santa Fe Way for amplified sound.

Angel Molina Garcia, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 800 block of Shafter, for driving while having a suspended license for DUI.

Jared Dale Hanson, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at Pine Street and Lerdo Highway for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Reginaldo Trujillo, 40, of Shafter, was arrested on South Shafter Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Gregory Gamboa, 48, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol, possession of a controlled substance, and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Vincent Lopez, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of Munzer for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Reginaldo Trujillo, 40, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of East Euclid for contempt of court: disobeying a court order.

Ruben Campos, 33, of Shafter, was arrested in the 600 block of Riverside on an outside agency warrant.

Luis Martimiano Chavez Hernandez, 21, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Central Valley Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Stephanie Lorraine Saenz, 38, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 block of Central Avenue for conspiracy to commit a crime, battery with serious bodily injury, and on a bench warrant /failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Sara Lucero, 18, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Avenue for battery: serious bodily injury and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Deon Ladell Duffey Jr., 22, of Shafter, was arrested on the 300 block of Central Avenue for battery with serious bodily injury and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Jesus Zamorano Hernandez, 24, was arrested at Highway 43 and Voth Lane for driving without a license.

Eric Shane Jameson, 36, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of East Lerdo Highway for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Elizabeth Lara Renfro, 35, of Shafter, was arrested in the 6600 block of East Lerdo Highway for obstruction, resisting an officer/emergency technician, and possession of a controlled substance.

Edward William Robertson, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at State and Central Valley Highway on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Rafael Espinoza Boytes, 31, was arrested on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Robert Matta, 52, of Shafter, was arrested on the 100 block of West Orange Avenue on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Kareena Ramirez, 39, was arrested on S. Reiker and West Ash for obstruction and resisting a public emergency technician.

Nov. 26

Francisco Aldama, 19, was arrested in the 800 block of Marion Street for driving without a license, hit and run and evading a peace officer, disregarding safety.

Erika Lopez Garcia, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Lerdo Highway for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, and failure to provide insurance at a hit and run.

Miguel Nava Rodriguez, 38, was arrested in the 200 block of Poso Avenue for driving without a license and possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Victor Rocha, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Poso Avenue for possession of unlawful paraphernalia.

Everardo Gomez, 36, was arrested in the 800 block of North Central Valley Highway for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

Nov. 27

Matthew James Hart, 37, of Shafter, was arrested on Santa Fe Way on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Nov. 28

Melissa Laybourn, 42, was arrested at 7th Standard and West Beltway for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug.

The Kern County Sheriff’s Office did not report any arrests this week.
