Nov. 28

Ernesto Jesus Morales, 30, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of South Shafter Avenue for driving without a license, lacking proof of financial responsibility and hand-held phone prohibited and offensive words in public place.

Juan Ramon Mercado, 27, of Shafter, was arrested at Rodriguez Park for assault with a deadly weapon, threatening crime with intent to terrorize, on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge and on an outside warrant.

Carlos Enriquez, 23, of Shafter, was arrested in the 1700 block of Poplar Avenue for robbery in the second degree, possession of a controlled substance, violation of parole: felony and conspiracy: to commit a crime.

Victor Manuel Sanchez, 38, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Venable Lane for bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor bench warrant.

Argelia Lozoya, 28, of Shafter, was arrested on East Lerdo Highway and Carver for driving without a license.

Adrian Chiniforoush Gonzalez, 32, of Shafter, was arrested on the West Lerdo Hwy for possession of unlawful paraphernalia, obstruction of public peace/emerg. medical technician. and failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Dec. 4

Carl James Matthews, 62, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of California Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Derek William Webb, 37, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue on an outside agency warrant, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and driving with a suspended license.

Elivorio Efrain Rodriguez, 40 of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of West Tulare Avenue for carrying a concealed dirk or dagger.

Bertin Tiburcio, 24, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 300 block of West 3rd Street in Buttonwillow for battery on spouse/ex-spouse etc., preventing/dissuading witness, and damaging wireless communication device. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alex Neri,38, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Mable Avenue and 2 nd Street for

felony possession of metal knuckles, misdemeanor drive with suspended license and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nov. 15

Vanessa Castaneda,42, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Central Avenue and

Highway 46 for misdemeanor driving without a license. She was cited and released at the scene.

David Vargas, age, 30, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Broadway Street and 2nd

Street for misdemeanor drive with a suspended license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Willie Joe Harris,34, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1600 block of Lilac Court for felony bringing

controlled substance into jail, possession of a controlled substance, misdemeanor petty theft and disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nov. 17

Cuberto Barboza Cabezas, 27, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2700 block of Yosemite Court

for felony obstruct officer: resist arrest, possession of controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, and destroy and conceal evidence. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Richard Leroy Floyd, 56, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of 4th Street for

misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Adrian Gonzalez, 23, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Daisy Street and Poplar

Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license, possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ferando Luis Villanueva, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Poplar Avenue for

misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Porfirio Garcia Delgadillo, 21, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Redwood

Avenue and 7th Street for felony CCW in a vehicle, and altering or tampering with serial number on a firearm. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rafael Herrera, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of Via Barcelona Court for

felony infliction of corporal injury on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Phillip Rose, 34, of Los Angeles, was arrested near the intersection of G Street and 7th Street for misdemeanor obstruct officer: resisting arrest, trespassing and evading railroad fare. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

and Violette Street for felony CCW in a vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, carrying loaded gun: not owner, misdemeanor drive without a license, reckless driving and vandalism. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Jr Delgado, 19, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Penelope Avenue and

Violette Street for felony CCW in a vehicle, conspiracy to commit a crime, carrying a loaded gun: not owner, and manufacturing of a large-capacity magazine. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
