Dec. 23

Luis Eduardo Lopez, 22, of Shafter, was arrested at Walker Avenue and Poso Avenue for DUI, hit and run damages and driving without a license.

Dec. 25

Victor Alejandro Heredia, 27, of Shafter, was arrested at 7th Standard Road and Shane Street for DUI and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a felony charge.

Francisco Cervantes Garcia, 37, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for battery on a spouse and possession of a controlled substance.

Dec. 26

Raul Bauzan, 28, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30100 block of Riverside Street for disorderly conduct: under the influence of drug/narcotic, obstruction and other offenses.

Jan. 1

Antonio Mendoza Alvarado, 29, of Shafter, was arrested for shooting in an inhabited dwelling, destruction vandalism of property, child abuse, felon with a firearm and threatening a school official.

At press time, the Kern County Sheriff’s Office, Wasco substation, did not report any arrests for last week. Listed are the week prior’s arrests.

Dec. 18

Miguel Soto Lopez, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of Iris Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Daniel Vargas, 26, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Poso Drive and Poplar Avenue for felony burglary, receiving known stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Michael Yniguez, 35, of Wasco, was arrested in the 800 block of F Street for felony burglary, receiving known stolen property and conspiracy to commit a crime. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 21

Davian Rosas, 19, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1200 block of Birch Avenue for disorderly conduct: drunk in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 22

Lori Marie Ramirez, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Birch Avenue on a felony bench warrant and misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Francisco Eligio Ruiz, 20, of McFarland, was arrested near the intersection of Maple Avenue and Highway 46 for misdemeanor reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Ryan Sims, 50, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1400 block of Poso Drive on a felony bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Luis Hernandez Martinez, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of E Street for felony false imprisonment, misdemeanor battery on a spouse and showing false ID to an officer. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
