Desiree Marie Diaz, 32, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of South Shafter Avenue for obstruction and on an outside agency warrant.

Jan. 11

Fernando Quevedo, 26, of Shafter, was arrested in the 200 block of Nickel Street on an outside agency warrant.

Jan. 12

Giovanny Flores, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on Sunset Avenue for obstruction and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Monica Castellanos, 39, of Shafter, was arrested in the 9700 block of Maple Terrace Lane for disorderly conduct: under the influence of a drug, and on an outside agency warrant.

Julio Cesar Lopez, 39, of Shafter was arrested in the 500 block of Walker Street for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Catherine Gomez Medrano, 34, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of West Orange Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Kara Marie Spears, 37, of Shafter, was arrested at Santa Fe Highway and Burbank Street for DUI.

Alejandra Yasenia Astorga, 29, of Shafter, was arrested in the 500 block of North Shafter Avenue for arson of property and on a bench warrant/failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge.

Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Alvaro Chavez Gutierrez, 22, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway

in Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Zora Lewis, 74, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Central Valley Highway in

Shafter on a misdemeanor warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Victor Arroyo, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 2600 block of Parkside Drive for misdemeanor disorderly conduct: under the influence of drugs, obstructing an officer: resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, and on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gina Marie Velasquez, 38, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of 7th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Lionel Lopez, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 500 block of D Street for felony violation of parole, misdemeanor obstructing an officer: resisting arrest, and on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dario Saldana, 40, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Jimee Scottasha Daleses Simpson, 29, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue for felony vehicle theft and possession of a stolen vehicle. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Mariano Rios Evaro, 47, of Wasco, was arrested in the 900 block of 9th Street for felony prohibited from owning ammo, misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia and a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Robert Martinez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Place for felony carrying a loaded handgun and misdemeanor CCW in a vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Anahi Rubi Sanchez, 22, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1100 block of 7th Place for felony carrying a loaded handgun, misdemeanor obstructing an officer: resisting arrest and CCW in vehicle. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Marcos Vargas Alcaraz, 18, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Smoketree Court and Margalo Street for felony manufacturing a metal knuckle, manufacturing an undetectable firearm, misdemeanor carrying loaded firearm and driving without a licensee. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rocio Leyva, 39, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of Peppermint Court for misdemeanor battery on a spouse. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Andy Magallanes, 32, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of E Street and 6th Street for felony violation of parole and on misdemeanor bench warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Ramirez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Bettis Avenue and Payton Avenue for misdemeanor carrying a loaded firearm, obstructing an officer: resisting arrest and disorderly conduct: drunk in public. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Manuel Sanchez Andres, 43, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Gromer Avenue and Magnolia Avenue for felony infliction of corporal injury on a spouse, threatening with intent to terrorize, child cruelty and misdemeanor DUI. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jessica Gonzalez, 27, of Bakersfield, was arrested near the intersection of Broadway and 10th streets for misdemeanor DUI. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.
