Christopher Quintanilla, 20, of Shafter, was arrested for reckless driving, failing to stop and on misdemeanor bench and outside warrants.
Carlos DeLeon, 40, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

Steven Lee Coon, 39, of Shafter, was arrested at Mannel Park on an outside agency warrant.
Guillermo Chavez, 52, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 1200 block of E. Ash Ave for outside agency warrant.
