Sept. 11

Timothy Andrew, 44, of Shafter, was arrested in the 100 block of Beth Eden for disorderly conduct for being under the influence.

Sept. 12

Pablo Alexander Moreno, 25, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of East Orange for robbery in the second degree, inflicting corporal injury on spouse/cohabitant and child abuse.

George Robert Ramirez, 37, of Shafter, was arrested at Olive and Sierra for owning a firearm without a serial number, prohibited to own possession or ammunition and driving with a suspended license for DUI.

Sept. 13

Omar Solano Reyes, 30, of Shafter, was arrested on Truxtun Avenue for inflicting corporal injury onto spouse/cohabitant, false imprisonment with violence and violating a court order for domestic violence.

Sept. 14

Thomas Andrew Almanza, 34, of Shafter, was arrested at Munzer and Central Avenue for disorderly conduct: alcohol.

Sept. 15

Israel Lopez Jr., 37, of Shafter, was arrested in the 700 block of South Shafter was arrested for disorderly conduct: alcohol, smuggling controlled substance into jail to person with drug narcotic violations.

Sept. 12

Craig Miller Roberts, 61, of Encino, was arrested at the intersection of East Lerdo Highway and Cherry Avenue in Shafter for driving under the influence, obstructing, resisting and delaying a peace officer and Impeding normal flow of traffic. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 13

Hector Isidro Heredia, 22, of Buttonwillow, was arrested in the 200 block of West 2nd Street in Buttonwillow for disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia, and on a misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 14

Andrew Bryan Sherrow, 45, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 21900 block of Highway 46 in Lost Hills for trespassing. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept 15

Jonathan Andrew Sowa, 33, of Bakersfield, was arrested at the intersection of Seventh Standard Road and Martin Avenue in Bakersfield for vehicle theft, petty theft, and two on misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 17

Rome John Zargoza, 44, of Shafter, was arrested in the 30700 block of Rodriguez Street in Shafter for contempt of court, and on felony and misdemeanor warrants. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 11

Natalie Marie Carrasco, 18, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on a misdemeanor bench warrant. She was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 12

Jermain Robert Maston, 38, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of H Street and 6th Street for misdemeanor petty theft and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Jose Mauricio Villegas, 26, of Wasco, was arrested in the 600 block of Maple Avenue on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He wad booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 13

Bernardo Montanez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of F Street and 16th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Hugo Santos Pena, 22, of Shafter, was arrested in the 300 block of Highway 43 on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 14

Robert Gonzalez, 58, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Griffith Avenue and Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was cited and released at the scene.

Nancy Gutierrez, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1300 block of F Street for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance and on a felony bench warrant. She was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Rodrigo Angel Gutierrez, 37, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of D Street and 12th Street for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Sept. 15

Brian Henry, 40, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Broadway Street and 7th Street on a felony bench warrant and for misdemeanor possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sept. 16

Vinson Ray Callahan, 64, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1900 block of Gaston Street for felony possession of a firearm by a felon, manufacturing an undetectable firearm, convict in possession of a firearm, useof a controlled substance while armed, misdemeanor prohibited from owning ammo, possession of a controlled substance and possession of controlled substance paraphernalia. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Diego Matias, 41, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1800 block of F Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct: drunk in public, and on a misdemeanor bench warrant. He was cited and released at the scene. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Hector Enardo Ocampo, 36, of Wasco, was arrested near the intersection of Becks Street and Poso Drive for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.
