Francisco Cervantez Garcia, 34, of Shafter, was arrested for possession of controlled substance, transporting narcotics and sales.

Arthur Joseph Martinez, 36, of Shafter, was arrested for controlled substance paraphernalia and disorderly conduct: under the influence.

Juan Carlos Rios, 22, of Shafter, was arrested for threaten to commit a crime with intent, receiving stolen known stolen property, petty theft in a state of emergency.

Eric Quevedo, 21, of Shafter, was arrested for controlled substance paraphernalia obstruction of a public officer, on a misdemeanor bench warrant and on an outside agency warrant.

Louis Robert Mercado, 29, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 20000 block of Tracy Avenue in Buttonwillow for trespassing, possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Victor Alfonso Reveles, 30, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 14000 block of Lamberson Avenue, #C, in Lost Hills for criminal threats, child cruelty and exhibit a deadly weapon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Dec. 3

Carlos Bernal, 34, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5100 block of Banning Street in Bakersfield for conspiracy to commit a crime and being in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Adrian Araujo, 30, of Bakersfield, was arrested in the 5100 block of Banning Street in Bakersfield for conspiracy to commit a crime and being in possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Juan Regalado, 44, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 east of Corcoran Road in Lost Hills for conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary during a state emergency, and second degree burglary. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alex Anthony Sanchez, 44, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 46 and Corcoran Road in Lost Hills for conspiracy to commit a crime, burglary during a state emergency, and second degree burglary. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Alex Anthony Sanchez, 44, of Shafter, was also arrested on another case for conspiracy to commit a crime, grand theft and grand theft during a state emergency.

Dec. 4

Ulyses Aviles, 32, of Lost Hills, was arrested in the 21000 block of King Street in Lost Hills for felon in possession of a firearm, prohibited person in possession of ammunition and being in possession of an illegal assault weapon. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Nov. 30

Johnathan Edward Foots, 20, of Earlimart, was arrested in the 1000 block of Iris Street for misdemeanor disorderly conduct while under the influence of alcohol. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Fabian Ocampo, 26, of Buttonwillow, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Kimberlina Road for felony ownership of ammunition by a prohibited person and misdemeanor driving without a license. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Gustavo Soto, 35, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Palm Avenue and Highway 46 for misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. He was cited and released at the scene.

Christopher William Carlberg, 36, of Wasco, was arrested in the 700 block of F Street on his active misdemeanor warrant. He was cited and released at the scene.

Christian Tobias Lopez, 24, of Shafter, was arrested at the intersection of Highway 43 and Jack Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Isai Trinidad, 26, of Wasco, was arrested at the intersection of Catalina Drive and Filburn Avenue for misdemeanor driving without a license, and two counts of not having a child seat. She was cited and released at the scene.

Dec. 6

Jose Ramon Garcia, 25, of Delano, was arrested in the 1100 block of Pecan Street for misdemeanor hit and run and driving without a license. He was cited and released at the scene.

Roberto Gonzalez, 58, of Wasco, was arrested in the 1000 block of Lily Street on his active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.

Sixto Hernandez, 20, of Wasco, was arrested in the 300 block of E Street for felony vehicle theft, possession of a stolen vehicle, on an active felony warrant, misdemeanor possession of burglary tools, possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia, false identification to police officer, and on an active misdemeanor warrant. He was booked into the Kern County Jail.
