    It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Barbara Nell Fenton Scott, 82, of Wasco, on March 14, 2022, in her home. Barbara was born May 27, 1939, in Shafter, to parents John and Flora Fenton. Barbara was the youngest of 13 children.
